I think event dungeons, HC’s especially, should be used to their maximum potential since a lot of effort went into creating them. With their being multiple winter HC’s and other currently unused ones, such as Kyurem’s/Yveltal’s, I think they should be rotated into becoming permanent dungeons(with balance changes to items, endboxes, and NPCs) as new HC’s are made.
I kinda have to agree here - it’s been years since we’ve last seen some of these events. But it’s also possible that there could be new dungeon projects in mind using some of these older events’ legendaries, which could ultimately end up leading to a better experience overall than re-using some old event dungeon assets. One example coming to my mind is Heatran.
I can’t spill the beans on what’s happening behind the scenes, but I certainly would like to see older stuff get a re-release at some point. I’m playing this game too, after all~
