Paying for new recruitment in guilds is too dang high!

Okay, I’ve been witnessing left and right that guild leaders are losing so much money for recruiting members who are not loyal to his/her respective guilds and move on to the next. It gets pretty expensive for each member to recruit it bumps up to a higher price. I’ve discussed this topic and brought it up many times with the staff team, for instance, Char. My suggestion is to actually bring some sort of refund when a guild member leaves a guild for the guild master.
Many guild leaders had to remake guilds from scratch due to the inflation of prices for each recruitment some players who I will not name told me that they spent approximately over a million poke over remaking guilds due to the fact that their guildmates did not remain loyal and left. And as they left the price of recruitment is still too high. This is in fact one of the main things that are currently hurting PMU’s economy if there is a way to gain a refund for members that leave or have inactive members. Then it would be logical to get their money back. Or make guild recruitment absolutely free altogether.
It needs to be completely be abolished or make it much fair than it is currently.

never heard of this actually :( in terms of refunds, idk. the cost of adding new members decreases by 1k as one leaves anyway, iirc.

hm, in a situation where we would actually have a more balanced economy(we don’t atm; DD endboxes lol) i would agree.
however, when it’s readily available to gain upwards of 50k poke in an hour(dare i say even 30 minutes if you’re efficient enough) and even more so if you’re lucky just by running DD or SF or MJ or in some cases, TC even; the cost to make a guild gets nullified by the investment people are willing to spend into making money- and not even just recruiting people. as guilds are PMU’s few saving graces in terms of Poke sinkage to prevent more people from having so much money, i feel like the cost is fine. i personally feel like the cost should be increased based on our bad economy(but that’s slippery slope + for another day), but it’s fine where it’s at right now imo.
adding new members should be like an investment into your guild- in other MMOs they emphasize this practice as well. the infinitely scaling cost of recruitment is again another money sinkage. it wasn’t that difficult back in 2012, and here in 2016 where we have all these relics around it’s even easier.

guilds in general? yes. in this situation, i have to disagree, sorry.
