    2.TM Ice Beam or Solarbeam - 15k

I’m sorry if I offend you but, none of those Tms are worth 15k they are all at least 30k+ (Not sure about Solarbeam though)

Shadow Ball - 20-25k
Ice Beam - 40-50k
Solar Beam - 10-15k (I think)
