OOC: Well, due to minor confusion, CelebiShine, is it alright to assume that Serena, Darien, and Rini are at and are reffering to the mountain Freezing Death? Most of the others are there as well, so if that’s not what you were meaning, it would still fit now.

Rocket felt calm for once in the last few weeks since the incident. “That’s okay. Maybe I should go, I really shouldn’t trouble you guys with my issues. I’m going back to the mainland to look for more Destiny Stones so I can go and help my friend.” Rocket said. If only Shock understood what I was trying to do… I can’t let anyone get in the way of the stones… but… what if these friendly Pokemon decide I can’t be trusted? Oh… Please believe me… Rocket thought, deciding to walk off towards the window, as if he weren’t worried.
the altaria blinked.
“WAAAit a miiinute… DESTINY STONES!? how do you know about those!?” asked the altaria, raising her voice suspiciously.
OOC: aaaaaw, cover blown. :(
I thought so. Rocket thought.
“What do you mean? It’s a big deal back on the mainland. There’s this bad Pikachu named Xyris that’s trying to steal them. I was thinking that if I could get them before Xyris, that I could be able to stop her, AND help my friend. So I’m going back down to the mainland to look for the remaining Destiny Stones. Oh, would you like to see the one I currently have? It’s the Heart stone.” Rocket asked.
OOC: Cover blown? Yeah, blown right over BOTH of our heads XD. I don’t even think Rocket is considering the reason why he’s up in the clouds in the first place :P

“well, i have no idea who EITHER of those people are and i’ll bet the King would NEVER hand a stone to ANYONE!” screeched Altaria. Suddenly, flygon and Salamance flew in the window.
“what is going on here?” asked flygon.
“oh- uh, sorry Flygon.” said Altaria, hinding in her cloud feathers again, and taking a step back.
“Yes mah boy, what is going on?” said Salamance. he looked at Rocket.
“mah boy, who could this be?”
“Wait, the king has a Destiny stone?” Rocket asked, dumbfounded. Then he slapped his head as if he just remembered something obvious. “Of course… I was looking for a destiny stone… but I didn’t even consider it being here… Wow, I feel so stupid. And here I was thinking about how all these Dragons can fly in and out of windows. I guess that distracted me from the stone…” Rocket said.
I’m dead… Rocket added in thought.
He then remembered that Salamance asked for his name. “Oh yeah, my name is Rocket! I used to be leader of the famous Team Rocketshooters! Please note the ‘used to’ though.” Rocket added.
“YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE DESTINY STONE!?!?!?!?!!?” said Salamance.
“WHAT!?” said flygon, immediately flying to a message thingy, and contacted the king.
“WE HAVE A CHARMELEON UP HERE LOOKING FOR DESTINY STONES!!!” Flygon yelped into the messenger.
“you charmeleon, are past the point of no return.” said Altaria, as the king fly into the window, making sure to block it as well, making sure the charmeleon had no speedy escape routes.
“Um… first of all, I’m a Charmander. And Second, my name is Rocket.” Rocket said. “Listen, if you don’t think I should have the stone, then I’ll leave here and allow Xyris to come here and attack the castle.” Rocket said. “And also…” Rocket felt horrible about what would happen if the outcome he wanted didn’t happen, then he realized something. “Also, I really just don’t care what you do decide to do to me. It can’t be any worse than what I’ve already been through… I was thinking I could uses these stones to help my friend… but… I guess Destiny isn’t my friend.” Rocket finished, waiting to see what the king would say. I don’t have much energy left to keep me going… not with everything that I’ve ever loved gone. Rocket’s calmness had disappeared as if it were never there. That’s what I really want. To help my friend. That’s the truth.
OOC: Okay, I didn’t expect that bad of a reaction. Rocket was actually supposed to talk to the king calmly… but I think something in your last post set both us off (me and Rocket)… haha

“… why would i give a stone to either of you?” asked Dragonite. “and where’s my daughter? i’ve been looking all over for her. normally, she stays in the castle. well, by normally i mean 24/7 but still.” said Dragonite.
“tellya what. if you can find Serenity, she’s a Dragonair, not hard to miss, you may have the stone. but don’t pull any crazy tricks!” said Dragonite.

After looking through some of the rubble, tossing out a water stone and a few other items, Deadroth continued down the village path and stopped at a hut next to a running stream. This one was pretty large, and still remained intact despite the condition of the rest of the huts there.
“Mama? Papa?” he called out to the door. “Are you home?” There was no answer, and after a couple seconds of waiting, he opened the door and proceeded inside the large hut.
The interior of the hut was spacious, with stairs coming down from the entrance making the majority of the home underground. It consisted of a large round center room surrounded by four rooms connected to the center. Almost all of the furnishing was made out of wood, which was broken and splintered. The mess indicated that there must have been one heck of a struggle here, and there were blood stains covering parts of the floor and splattered on the walls (sorry if that’s a little graphic).
Without hesitating, Deadroth ran into every room, calling out “Mama? Papa? Deadra? Big bro? Where is everyone!?”
He entered his own room which he used to share with his brother, and various odds and ends were scattered on the floor. Otherwise it was probably the neatest looking part of the house. He fell back to a sitting position and began to cry.
Rocket tilted his head at the king. “A Dragonair named Serenity? Huh… Don’t think I’ve seen her. Although, when I ran into Shock, there was a Dragonair with her… I wonder if that was Serenity?” Rocket looked up to the king. “Wait, did you say 24/7? Well now, if that’s the case, then I can imagine why your daughter is gone. I’ll go and find Serenity. It’s possible she’s at Freezing Death waiting to get the stone of endurance with Shock. I avoided that place because I knew everyone was going to be there. But when I do bring her back, try to think about how she feels about being cramped up in this place all the time.” Rocket said. Why did I just tell him everything? Why. Why. Why? Rocket thought.
“May I leave?” He asked.
OOC: Another thing… Serenity curled up under the snow, then suddenly says hi to Celebi’s characters? lol. AND LETS NOT FORGET CHAH!
Shock looked at the Totodile. “Oh… that can’t be good. I wonder if werewolves came here? I’ve heard there’s been an outbreak of them recently.” From Sparky… though. She thought. “Hmm…” I think it’s best if I leave him alone for now. With this headache I have, who knows what I’ll say to the poor little guy?
“yes yes go go!” said Dragonite, taking a step aside and shooing him on his way.
OOC: So… he just heard that his daughter is at Freezing Death, and he’s not even worried? XD
Rocket jumped from the window, and used the holes from before to climb back down.
Mythris, I’m ready to come back now. Will you send me to Freezing Death?
As you wish, Rocket. A voice answered. Rocket glowed instantly, and vanished. Then he found himself at Freezing Death, near where Team Pokewizard were.
Hmm… there’s those two… and there’s that Riolu… but where’s the Dragonair? Rocket continued to search the clearing until he saw a lump of snow near the Riolu. Someone must have dug themselves under the snow to protect themselves from the snowstorm. Rocket took off his scarf and put it into his treasure bag. This way, nobody will recognize me.
“Excuse me, is Serenity here?” Rocket asked Chah, Pikachu, or Marill.
Never turn back. There is no turning back for you now Xyris.
" That’s right. No turning back." Xyris said as she walked on. She could hear the yelling and crying out behind her, but she ignored it. If she turned back, she would most likely be caputured and killed. Everyone in the village hated her for what she had done. But what they would not listen to, was the fact that it wasn’t her fault.
" They’re everywhere!," One of the townspokemon yelled. " That girl’s set monsters upon us!"
Monsters., She thought to herself as she got farther away from her past. They aren’t monsters. If you think about it, they just want to be treated as normal Pokemon. It’s not their fault that they’re so different. Ghosts, were-Pokemon, vampires. They walk among the norm every single day, and have gone unnoticed. Why throw such a big fuss about it now?
Then she heard something else. It was very very faint. But she could hear it. It made her feel horrible inside. It had nothing to do with the village she had just left behind, but…something inside made her feel as though it was also her fault.
Xyris’s eyes snapped open, and she realized where she was again. A…dream? I don’t usually dream about my past. Then, suddenly she was pained once again by that very faint sound. The sound responsible for the terrible feeling that had managed to awaken her from her dream. Th-that sound! Taking no notice at all of the other Pokemon around her, she turned, and ran down the hill, towards Deadroth’s old village. The sound was picking up as she went.
She followed the sound to one of the huts, and ran inside. She found the source of the noise rather quickly. A Totodile sitting in one of the rooms, crying. She just stared at him for a moment. She had no idea why he was crying, but the sound of it, seemed to affect her. Inside, she felt something even worse than the guilt she’d carried with her from so long ago. The guilt that had forced her to the resolve that she’d taken so long ago.
She wasn’t feeling like herself at all. And for some reason, she could not bear to see or hear the child cry. She snapped her fingers, and a Totodile doll appeared in her hands. She brought it up to Deadroth, and set it beside him. Then, she ran out of the hut, and back towards the mountain, trying to get her thoughts in order once more.
“Are you sure it’s safe to put your daughter in the hands of a charmander? at FREEZING DEATH of all places!?” said Flygon.
“oh, yer just scared because you are 4 times weak against ice. my daughter’s used to tempertures below… what temperature was it again?”
“…” Flygon used facepalm! it’s not very effective.
" Yeah, she’s here," Marill said. " She’s curled up in the snow over there." He pointed to the spot where he’d seen Serenity go to sleep.
" Hey!," Pikachu said, pointing to where Akaro was still sleeping. " Xyris is gone!"
" WHAT!," Marill yelled, looking in the same direction. How could we have missed her leaving? Did she warp someplace? " Oooh, this can’t be good."
Serenity poked her head out from under the snow.
“alright, what does my dad want THIS tiiime…” said Serenity, making a guess as to what the problem was.
Shock looked back in shock as she recognized Xyris, who just gave Deadroth a Totodile doll. That’s better than what I could have done. Shock thought to herself. “Huh, that was out of character of Xyris… Man, how many Pokemon’s lives are really complicated right now? It’s like the spirits are making all of this happen just to make us miserable.” Shock then shut her mouth. “There’s always a way past it though… We’ll be able to get through this… so many lives have already been lost…” Shock turned to the Totodile. “Deadroth… I’m really sorry this had to happen… I shouldn’t have brought you back here. I shouldn’t have gotten you involved in this.” Shock said.
Rocket looked forward and saw a Pikachu walking towards where the Alakazam was. Is that… Xyris? Rocket thought. “Um… He simply wanted me to find you. Also, Serenity, did you know your father had a-” He stopped himself before continuing. First I go blabbing to the king, and now to Serenity. What’s causing me to just say what’s on my mind here?! Wait… maybe is it the Heart stone? Rocket thought. “Um… would you like to go see him?” Rocket asked.
“sure.” said serenity, coming out of the snow. ice had began to form on her, making half ice armor.
