The seven treasures.
What comes to mind is usually these wierd, wonderful instruments that brings joy into the hearts of Pokemon. Explorers have tried to get them for many centuries; they seem to be infinite.
However, a few hundred years ago, the many explorers who have tried to get their hands on the treasures have finally got them.
And they aren’t using them the right way.
They used them to capure other Pokemon; to force them to obey.
The Guardians were angry with this.
At night, each Guardian would go out and destroy their respective treasures, until there were no more left.
But that wasn’t the end. They added the treasures they own some kind of bad luck. Most of them involved death.
Now, whoever tries to get the treasures, the Guardians would play them, and some kind of bad thing will happen.
No one knew who to blame.
