PMU stones/rare finds

okay so i keep hearing/asking about where can i find this item, where is this stone? Well if u happen to know a certain rare item for pokemon then post it here, this is all i know so far, feel free to add on, and correct/others.

tiny grotto: not really anything in there

seaside cave: not really anything good there,

since tg andd sc are the starting dungeons mostly i dont really think theres anything there, (correct me if im wrong)

sour root: okay so only thing there would be the hm cut.

sunny hillside: hmmm nothing really, expect a tresure box at the end

happiness lake: hm nothing really at the end u get treasure box also (if u got a water type u coul get 80 poke)

cliffside: u can find reviver seeds here, and u get a tablet to evolve

Thunderstorm forest: i think u get a thunder stone? here not sure sorry :( but u do get eggs and the 2nd boss drops tiny muchroom

island garden: hmmm u also get eggs here

winden pass: unkown for me

suana: in the part where theres water u can find a water stone, when u go to the lava part u can find fire stone too, eggs also, rocksmash at end
deep suana: i hard that u could get a protector, very rare some eggs too

winden forest: different from winden pass i think u can get a dawn stone here. eggs also.

crystal castle: after winden forest is crystal castle, i havent travel here so unkown

skylift: u mostly find eggs and some reviver seeds.

pitch blake abyss: i heard u get eggs(rare) and stones i think, dont remeber

mineral cave: so here u can get hm surf,
southern sea: so after mc is ss. so at the end u could find a deepseascale rare find, and a tiny mushroom

HT here u get mostly everything, stones become rare here, eggs uncommon, but there is magnet which is common, potions etc. no hms.

so this is what i know others who have more info please post, or if im wrong correct me, no one is perfect :)

@willi yes, info i gathered playing, some areas might have an item but sometimes they have rare finds, i hope poeple would add on to it, because i may be wrong, or im missing info

Isn’t TM Solarbeam in Sunny Hillside?

Sun Stones are rarely dropped by Sunkern in Tiny Grotto and Sunny Hillside.

Kingler in Seaside Cavern will rarely drop a Water Stone. Kingler may also drop a Mystic Water.

Vileplume in Sourroot Cavern will rarely drop a Leaf Stone.

Also, this guide eh… lacks info you might want to investigate more in dungeons.
ex: winden forest- reviver seeds, dawn stones ，heart scales(pickup) etc.

oh and you can find heart scales via pickup in cliffside cave and in wp last 2 floors
you can find heart scales,nuggets and an oval stone rare in MT.Barricade too

Both Weepingbell and Vileplume in Sour Root drop a tiny mushroom sometimes.
TM Rest is found in Winden Pass.
And as far as I know the only guaranteed Thunderstone in Thunderstorm Forest is in the secret room.

Huntail, also drops something in SS/Southern sea.

Huntail drops Deepseatooth.
