BEFORE ANYTHING, i would also like to know, what if we make 2 tier lists? one for Dungeons and one for Arena, give me your toughts.

How good they are at Dungeons/Arena
How good their familiy items are with the Pokémon
How good the movepool is
How good the ability combo is (I call ability combo to Pokémon that have 2 abilities that are very strong together, Example: Rampardos Mold Breaker + Sheer Force)
Also, how do you prefer the ranking system?
I was thinking about something like, Rank A, rank B, rank C.
This would probably have to be a pretty detailed list if it’s going to be S, A, B, C, D, etc. It sounds great but at the moment I’m not sure where it would be in terms of where on the forum, or if it should even be on the forum, but I’d say if we’re intent on this to just have it on the forums somewhere in the Game Guides, perhaps give it enough reputation to be considered for a sticky even. I’d say it’s pretty reasonable to have two different lists, putting Pokemon into their classes or “tiers”. Also, it would most definitely have to be organized, so that there are not messy looking lists of many Pokemon, and likewise, many words and paragraphs. We could expand upon that, but considering how many Pokemon there are, it could require quite the team effort to be done with in a comfortable amount of time, considering that it’d probably not be very clever to have several posts in one thread, or 90m paragraphs in one post detailing all of them.
I’ve always wondered what some of these Pokemon would be. The issue, a lot of Pokemon are untouched when it comes to PMU because a lot of people love those iconic Pokemon, but that’s just my view of it. It’s a wonderful idea, but there’s no objective way to clarify it. At least with Super Smash Brothers or even some card games, there are tournament results to back up the tier placement. We simply lack that. Tournaments. Also, considering certain Pokemon serve different purposes(i.e. Blissey is 99% of the time a designated Cleric, but is definitely a very important Pokemon for exploring dungeons). So Arena-wise we’d obviously have to hold more tournaments to get the least biased results possible, and most likely in the Tanren arena due to potential level gaps.
I see this as a great Idea but not all players pick Pokemon just for having that 1 extra Atk stat so could pull fun out of game. BUT despite this go for it! :D
