Jolteon Skin:
Hello, this is a new skin for Jolteon since I like it (very much) and that the other one sucks. I tried to keep this simple as possible but feel free to comment!~

[5/14/2011]: Changed background, in-game, buttons, etc. Colors are blue, orange, yellow, and white. (Mostly resembling Jolteon but I like blue background ect. Hope you like it!

Note: As of 7/8/2011, when you finish downloading go and find the Skin wherever your browser puts it. Just click and it"ll be installed automatically. Once you"ve done that, just go find that in the skin menu of PMU.

A little update for skin. :< Can’t get it to work yet though.

How come the options on the bottom are different? Or are they just edited?

The pictures are edited, imo, it looks much better.
