Biography/History: Verix was born in what you could call a broken home. Literally broken. Almost a week old and his house was vandalized. It was hard for him to take. In the event, his parents were killed by the vandals. Only Verix himself survived. He was later adopted by an elderly couple longing for a child. The man of the couple was out for a stroll when he found Verix. Later on, the couple raised him as if he was their own. Now, 18 and a half years later, Verix is the gym leader of Pyrite Town, specializing in not only Rock-types, but also utilizing the Grass-Fire-Water synergy, in the form of Cradily, Kabutops, and Magcargo.
