Ya, title says it. Pokemon Black and White. I hope pokemon walking with you comes back…but due to recent pictures of it, i doubt it ._.
Aren’t you guys just so curious of what new pokemon they’re adding? We only know Zoura and Zoroark so far…i just want to know them all, I’m dying of curiosity >_<
At least the new hero and heroine in Black and White look good. The heroine’s hair just goes BOOOOOM out of her hat. The boy looks a bit strange, but he’s ok.
The games have also taken full 3D…I dun’t like full 3Dness…But it looked cool. I guess.
I’ll update this post whenever i want to talk more about 5th games~
These are the perceptions of Arkeis, but the pictures already came out though if he could get his hands on 'em. Go to Serebii.net, or any other site you collect Pokemon info. They’re running out of ideas…
I’m getting Mijumaru though…since it’s about time they made one.
Don’t know if I’ll be getting this game yet…low budget, plus I’m not sure how well they’re gonna pull Generation 5 off. x3
At first when I saw the starters, it scared me out of my pants (as did the Generation 4 starters when I first saw them) x). After a while though, I guess I’ve come to accept them…for some reason, though the majority of the hate has been aimed toward the otter, I have to say it’s the snake that really hasn’t been working for me. If I do end up getting the game, I’ll most likely get the pig (depending on its evolution - too many bacon and ham jokes already for me to pass it up x3) but I might get the otter too, just because I think it looks fine…and who’s to judge it if we haven’t even seen its evolution, yet? :3 I guess it depends on their evolutions, but the fire pig just makes me…lol. xD
As for the 3D effects, I think it’s bringing a nice touch. The graphics and music quality is probably what will end up turning me on to this game rather than the actual pokemans, tbh. XD I remember way back when (yet only a few years ago) when people used to always say, “Wouldn’t it be cool if they had a 3D game like Colloseum or XD on handheld?” and it’s already happening. I’ll be looking forward to it, especially now that we’ve seen pics…although I won’t lie, if they made a handheld game based off the Orre region with the shadow pokemon plot (which I wouldn’t be surprised if they did, eventually), I’d be ultimately ecstatic! :D
Can’t really judge the game much with the little chunks of information we’ve been given so far…but although at first I was skeptical about a Generation 5, I have to admit that I’m slowly joining in with the hype and I’m starting to get curious at what they’re gonna throw at us next. :3
All of this fails. All of it. Every bit of it. The only thing I really like it the third-dimensional involvement this time around, and the animated battlers. Other than that, all these Pokemon are an indescriptive failure chain.
in my opinion the grass and fire pokemon are fine, its just the water looks like a ripoff of piplup, and the legandaries look like digimon. but OMFG THAT MOUSE THING IS SOOOOO CUTE its looks like a mix between pachirisu and pikachu :D its…so…awesome!
OK, I admit I was one of the big Gen 5 haters before it came out, but some of the new ones aren’t totally horrid - actually, compared to Gen 4, I’m actually quite content with them (er, well…the fire ape really isn’t appealing to me very much…reminds me of the Gen 4 pokemans I hated like magmortar and electrivire P:). But in actuality, so far I have to say Gen 5 is looking brighter than Gen 4, at least.
The zebra…I’m really liking the zebra. For the longest time, I’ve actually been wondering if they’d make a zebra, because when I thought of the different animals/plants/objects that hadn’t been /made/ into pokemon yet, the zebra was always first to come to mind. I really like its design…it’s not going overboard, but it’s not quite boring or dull either like the new gear pokemon (we already have a steel-type with a similar structure - being magneton -and…augh, don’t think I’ll ever really warm up to it tbh :S)
The crocodile shows promise, too. It kinda reminded me of hippopotus at first, but I still think it will turn out to be an OK pokemon - plus, it’ll be interesting to see a ground-type croc rather than water (crikey!).
The chinchilla - I cheered when I laid my eyes on this! The little guy actually gave the impression of a “pokemon” for me when I first saw it. I mean, I looked at it, and instantly to me, it looked like a pokemon. THAT is quite an accomplishment…I really can’t say that for many of the new pokemon they get nowadays. In Gen 4 there were only a few; bonsly, shinx, and stunky were among them…but I’m happy to see that there’s at least one critter in Gen 5 thus far that looks like an actual pokemon and nothing but. (:
This game may be worth looking into after all…but we still have many more monsters to see released. I can say though that for one thing, I’m not giving up on Gen 5. This newly leaked batch is starting to give me second thoughts on the matter…
