Story:
The town of Cryburn was once a village in a plain valley, getting flooded due to rivers overflowing often.
When the town was in panic during a flood in old times, one Pokemon found a gem sticking out of a rock.
Once it was touched, the gem glowed, pulled itself out of the rock and levitated.
All the water flooding the town was gone, and a flood hasn"t happened since.
Many rumors of such a gem had gone around for years, claiming it gave ultimate power to those who held it, granting their wishes.
Since then the gem has been wished on by the old mayor of the town, to make a waterway to control the water.
The gem is guarded in a shrine, and is being watched by guards all day, everyday.
