So, um. I dunno if anyone will read this and whatnot, but… this is my Pokemon XD Nuzlocke.
A Nuzlocke is a challenge run of a game, mostly for pokemon. This will be even harder due to double battles, oh boy 
Basic Nuzlocke Rules

First pokemon caught on each route is the only one you can catch from that one.
1.A E.G, I get a Rattata from route 2. I can"t get any other pokes from that route. -
Any pokemon that faints is dead. Forever and ever, unless playing with revives. Store in em boxes or release them. In my case, I"ll be storing them in boxes.

Even if you"re not using that pokemon.

Due to not being a specific route, I will flip a coin(or RNG 1 out of 2) to catch a pokemon. I will call it, and if I get it right, I may catch it.
1.a Wild poke spots work like regular routes, so first pokemon is your catch. Trading with Duking WILL NOT allow you to get another.
1.b Some trainers have more than 1 shadow. I have the right to call for both of them, but I may only catch one if all 2/3/4/6 come out correctly. The one I may catch will be my choice. -

Chobin tells me to look at his inventions which I stare at for hours. Then I meet this man called Makan who works in a part shop. Then Kaminko lets me have my sister back because he is a kidnapper :>_<:
Krane sends me a text because he is lonely and needs a friend. Also he wants his daughter back.
Professor Krane gives me the swag machine which allows me to steal pokemon because I am a good boy and this will allow me to totally not break the law. And Aidan( the professor"s aide) sends me a virus and it forces me to only capture shadow pokemon.

Jovi runs into this guy named Zook, who has a shadow zangoose that also changes gender for some reason. He gets owned by this old man and his bodyguards. Oh well.
Then Jovi meets her friends that i don"t care about. We also fight some battles and level up. My PDA tells me that there are some shadow pokemo, a Ledyba and a Poochyena.
(It really doesn"t tell you that, I just know because I"ve played the game like a million times :P)
We go to the parts shop because the bridge is broken and we need to get something. We meet this man who will give us an evolution item for eevee…
Well. Espeon is frail, Umbreon is weak, never used Vaporeon, Jolt is awesome, and Flareon is sucky.

And we go out to meet Perr, who unlocks the way to Ledyba and Poochyena.

I"m getting screwed over. Thankfully, this means exp is spread around nicely.
We advance with the plot and get something called a Machine part. We then go back to the lab.
So we"re told to go to Agate village. Also… name rater find!
Lewis the Espeon and Wil the Teddiursa. Awesome.
we find this 200093093847561 old man named Eagun. He tells us to go inside a forest to purify pokemon. I wonder how that works.
But, we take a couple de-tours to train. We find a man who sees flying wailords and people standing dangerously close to waterfalls. Also, we take naps in other people"s beds without them knowing. Isn"t that nice?
We go in the forest, and we battle 4 unimportant trainers. Wil is ready to be purified, and we battle Eagun at the end. His pikachu probably go sick because from colosseum to XD, it dropped 38 LEVELS. Anyways, we win. We purify WIL because he is a boss.
Eagun sends us to Mt. Battle because he is mad that he lost against a 10 year old kid. So, we go in and fight a few battles, before meeting VANDER. He tells us to go to a lab in the desert, where Prof. Krane is located and where a 10 year old boy can be cruelly tortured with only two pokemon. I mean, what if shadow lugia is there or something.
And we"re here, and 6 uneducated power ranger ripoffs come out, and dance and count eachother. They think there is five of them, but there are 6. And their names, oh gosh. Resix, Blusix, Browsix, Yellosix, Greesix, and Purpsix. They have a Houndour, Spheal, Baltoy, Mareep, Seedot, and Gulpin.

We go to the Shadow Pokemon Lab, enter, and find a Cipher Peon named Corla(Corsola?) and she says:

I guess some people can"t handle ten-year-olds going on a mission to save the world. HELP THE POKEMANZ!
Anyways, we move on because we have to rescue Professor Krane. There is a shadow Spinarak, Numel, Carvanha, Shroomish, and Delcatty here.
I find Peon Nexir, who has a shadow Spinarak.

On the next floor, we witness a cutscene with the admin talking to Krane and asking about his purification study. She says she made XD001 (Shadow Lugia).
Next we meet Peon Solox who was annoying because of her Voltorb with SonicBoom. Also, Numel is my 2nd favorite evo line pokemon, so hoping for a good one here…

He also swept my whole team with numel( Mareep was at 4 ho from sonicboom, Spheal was paralyzed, Lewis was at critical HP, and Wil was a bro. Seedot was the only living thing left(WHOSUCKS.)).
We grind, and purify Spheal, Seedot, Mareep, and Numel, which are all true bros. They all helped… a lot.
But, the exp that they got leveled up Seedot and Mareep, so they evolved.
Spheal, you were the broest of the bros, killing things like it was no prob. Your name will be Alec.
Flaaffy, you helped Alec out with static/thundershock, and cleaned up after Alec couldn"t. Your name will be Bakam.
Nuzleaf, shadow wave helped chipping stuff, which then the others cleaned. You are a true spy, not even the AI targeted you once. Your name will be Locke.
Numel, even though you didn"t do much, dig was helpful for evading things, and ember killed bugs. Your name will be False.
Alright, full team. Let"s roll~
(Locke"s named after the FF6 one. I thought as him as a spy, and that"s what I got.)
So, we explore the lab and find treasure. It is blocked by two scientists… and. Someone dies.
-Here"s how the battle went through. I leaded off with False and Wil, because they needed the most exp, and so False hit the Wynaut at the end. Wil finishes up with a Return, but it doesn"t kill. The Wynaut goes for the counter, and Wil dies.
Wil the Teddiursa. You helped early-early game when I needed most. Even you died so early, we will win for you. R.I.P Wil. 11-16.
After that battle, I find a funny man, who says
“I"m not very good at battling, but now"s the time to not say that!”
So, we find Carvanha soon after.

We get lost and fight someone with a Wailmer, and water gun almost kills False. I mean, seriously.
He barely survived, so Lewis had to clear him out.
We go downstairs to get some chest items. They contained super potions and pokeballs, which are nice to have.
After, we continue on. Healing, my party is ready to kill stuff. Useless stuff, I should say.
And we advance with the plot, and two scientists are talking about their plans with their boss, Greevil.
One battles me, while the other sits there because “I don"t battle HERP DERP”
The one that does battle me, has a shadow Shroomish which I so desperately want even though I already have a grass type. (and wow, Kecleon is SO bulky!)

We leave the lab, saddened by the loss.
We go to the Pokemon HQ lab, and the unimportant purifying chamber is finished(basically, you put a shadow pokemon inside, and 4 non-shadow pokemon inside a set. There are 9 sets. You make a circle around the shadow pokemon, and each poke follows the other. One must have a type advantage on the other, and Normal is super effective against normal in the purifing chamber. The heart gauge goes down fast, eventually purifying the pokemon. Nice for “catch all” runs, but in nuzlockes, it"s virtually useless.) and unneeded tutorial.
And, so Part 2 is finished. Pyrite Town will be next.

We go and decipher a Data Rom we found in the lab! I wonder if it has the english patch of BW2. Anywho, we"re told to go to this rogue town called Pyrite. We go inside a building called ONBS, which is a TV recording place, but also has a few kids that are smart and technical.
We grind a lot. And, I just found out that the Numel line and Shroomish line make a great pair. Shroomish kills water, and is 2x/4x resistant to ground(which is from Magnitude), while Numel can easily kill fires. The only problem I see are Flyings, but they shouldn"t be TOO bad.
Anyways, we purify Shroomish, who I will name: Rikard.

We deliver a Data Rom to Nett, and get a soothe bell for delivering a girl to here mom(How cute <3) Then, we go to the poke spots! We go to the Rock, then Oasis, then Cave, where we fight Miror B.(His strategy revolves on rain, and a whole bunch of Lombres/Ludicolos.) He has a shadow Voltorb.

Anywho, after we win, we go and get an email from Nett, and he needs us to come fast. The building was invaded by Cipher, and there are a shadow Mahikuta, Vulpix, Duskull, Ralts, and Mawile in the building.
We move on and find this pro guy who hands on the ceiling of the elevator. Shadow Mahukita… find!

We continue, and find a guy who is harassing a news reporter. We kill his pokemanz and get to the next floor.
Along the way, we find a person with a shadow Vulpix.

Then I grinded, and caught a Zubat named Friendship in the Cave Poke Spot.
Grinding turned out well, because Rikard evolved!

And then, we find Cipher Peon Dilly guarding some people. But, it makes me laugh so hard because of his name! Ahahaha… Also, Rider Dert.

We find a healing machine! And we still have a slot in our party!
Personally, I"d ask the readers if they would want to pick who it was… but, whatever.
We go to store Duskull, and in doing so, we take a side turn to make it to Mount Battle, in which we train.
The levels of the opponents are high in stage 3(27-32) so we have to plan this out. Luckily, the first trainer has only a Raichu who 2HKO"s(except for Alec, according to damage calcs) everything allowing me to heal when needed. Also, did I mention Bakan has Heal Bell incase of paralysis? :3
Grinding to 25(except for Alec, who is impossible to train due to OHKOing Raichu.) for all of them, we make it back to the Pyrite Building.
We then find someone with a (female!!!) Ralts.

anyways, we heal and find the person who is the most arguably the hardest boss in the game, Cipher Commander(or how they call him, CMDR) Exor!
He has a Loudred, a Girafarig, a Raichu, and a Shadow Mawile.
His first two spam stomp, and it"s annoying due to flinch. Raichu LOOOOOVES shockwave spam, so say goodbye to Carvanha or Spheal if you send them out. Aron arguably walls this dude"s team, but I already caught a Zubat.
Alright, wish me luck. Pretty underleveled here, who knows what can go wrong?(I know I do)

So anyways, we head over there and it"s a beautiful city. But something"s odd about the music… hm…
A lady greets me and says I"m the one millionth visitor so she sends me to Realgam Tower. WAIT! I"M HERE TO WARN YOUUUUUUU ABOUT CIPHER!!!
well, she"s stupid.
This is Realgam Tower.
Anyways, I head over there and find Folly and Trudly(Miror B"s… servants?) and they don"t like to play games there so they throw their CDs away. I take the CDs because I like to reuse things.
Oh, I find a TM shop as well.
Then I see they have Blizzard, Fire Blast, and Thunder.
Then I look at the prices.
Wanting to salvage my money, I buy one of each, teach Alec Blizzard, False Fire Blast, and Bakan Thunder, and head back to Phenac. The woman lets me pass and says that she wanted me to play there… forever?
THIS IS AN EVIL TOWN OF WITCHCRAFT, RUN!!!
AHHHHHHHHH!
I go inside the Pre Gym and find “Justy” who doesn"t believe that cipher will come. MAYBE HE"S THE LEADER OF CIPHER!?!?!?!
Then I find the mayor"s house and go inside. There is a woman there and she tells me that she is house sitting. But, she doesn"t let me upstairs. So… since she is a teenager, I hold out a CD. She squeals and puts it in the machine where it plays and she is concentrating(why?).
So, I find a note upstairs and it"s from the Mayor. He says that Cipher might take over the town and Phenac will be under its control. He has to tell Justy so he can save it.
I finish reading the note and the woman is right behind me. SHE TURNS INTO A CIPHER PEON AHHHHH
Then I battle her.
She has a shadow Snorunt.
