Realistic pokemon

Lately I’ve been drawing a lot of realistic pokemon. It would help me a great deal if you guys told me where to improve or told me what to draw.

Creepy larvitar

Cat practise/skitty

OC charmeleon

OC salamence (I can’t draw dragons)

I likez them all! P:
Keep up the epic work!

All right, I’ll take a swing at it.

I haven"t done redlines that much, and I, myself, am still learning if you couldn"t tell.
I didn"t really see much wrong, just that the stance was too upright, especially for a dinosaur. This was mainly caused because the legs were too close together.
The next thing I saw was that the snout was a side view, while going down to the mouth it was more of a 3/4ths view in the mouth. (The other side of the inside of the mouth wouldn"t go that far down. I know I failed to show it as well as I could have)
I tried to give more of a 3D effect on the tail.

Cat anatomy for me is really hard, and I rarely practice it. I tried to show more of what I knew here.
The thing that really jumped out was the nose, it was a bit crooked, which seemed to throw off the mouth area.
The left eye(our right) was off a bit, so I tried to make it more like the right. I didn"t mess with the designs on the Skitty, I don"t know much about Skitty anatomy to say much about it. (Or if it"s your OC, whether or not that"s supposed to be like that.)

The thing I noticed about this one were the arms, while I can see that pose working, it seems more for running instead of just standing there. It"s too tense, so maybe having it down gives it a more relaxed look. Again the feet were too close together, so I set them apart more.

I don"t draw many dragons, so this threw me off at first. I knew something wasn"t right with the snout, but it was a mystery. Finally I figured it out, a lot of people(even me) make this mistake.
The head has a 3/4ths view(you see both eyes, but one"s farther away, it"s not fully a side or front view.) but when you reach the snout, it was a side view. It makes the snout twisted and weird for the rest of the face. I can"t really explain how to fix it, instead of cutting off the other nostril, you do just like the eye and have a line indicating that"s where it is.(With no line aka snout cutting it off.) The other snout is more on the line of the eye, which is how it should be.
Scales usually don"t go all over the place like feathers or fur, while you can show ones overlaping each other, it"s more like fishscales than anything.
You can ignore the other stuff.

So that’s about it, the only thing I can say is that I saw a mistake that many make in their creatures with limbs. They draw the one closest to us, and then the next one usually directly behind with only a bit showing. It makes it look like it has to pee, or the creature is standing so upright. Remember, each limb is its own.
If you don’t want this, just tell me and I’ll delete it all.
If you want anymore help, just ask :3.

I love the Larvitar the most, I’m kind of into dinosaurs right now, so this is just awesome. Keep up the good work!

i often love art like this <3

the only problem i have is the Lavitar… eehh it looks like its… having a…
