Currently there’s seem to be wierd implementation of the reminder moves from scarlet and violet, these moves where classed as lv1 moves in gens previous to gen9, now moved into purely only learnt in the reminder tutor only, possibly to avoid wild pokemons having access to them,
These moves have been moved in the shard tutor of bronzong,
however this makes little sense to me,
as those moves are still optained in the same place you get level up moves you missed or forgotten in scarlet and violet so why be different in pmu?
We already have a reminder tutor in pmu that being electrivire, so why are the reminder moves not put in the reminder tutor npc?
this also causes a few issues,
that is first of all confusing that the reminder moves are not learned at the reminder tutor where you get level up moves, like they would be in scarlet and violet, making it hard to learn and understand and explain to new players
because of this these moves are not accessible in hc dungeons even tho they most likely should be, as they are meant to be part of a pokemon starting kit
bloat the bronzong shard tutor, making harder and more expensive to learn those tutor moves
Reminder moves are meant to be easy to optain and part of base kit of a pokemon so they being highly restricted in the random system of the bronzong is extremely wierd and confusing,
i belive these moves should be moved to be in the electrivire reminder instead as that would make them closer and more similar to the system in scarlet and violet
I agree that it would likely be better for these moves to be shifted electrivire, and it would probably be best that way – however, I imagine there may be underlying technical limitations which lead to the current implementation.

so far from my conversation with them, it seems to have been a purely concious choice on their part for reasons they failed to explain to me apart from
“they didn’t have levels attached to them, scarlet and violet code wise they look similar to egg moves”
which don’t seem it should lead to them to the conclusion of implementing them in the bronzong tutor
The reminder moves should be in the move reminder list, yeah. Throwing them into Bronzong just makes tutor moves even more unreliable to grab. I don’t know how mainline handles it, but since when have we started caring how mainline handled moves?
as i stated, mainline handles reminder moves by putting them in the reminder tutor, along side moves you learn via level up.

Honestly, I still feel like the Shard Moves is quite outdated nowadays. If there’s going to be more moves added to the Shard Tutors, let us choose which moves we’re using. Bloating tutor moves to the point where it becomes a nuisance to get a move is not the way to go, especially if there’s tutor moves all the way back from Gen 3 filling up the amount of move slots in that pool.
