Wondering how to get those goodies you might want like a Torrent Band or a Thunderstone you need to evolve? Here’s my tip or little guide to find secret rooms.

When finding secret rooms, you want to check every tile BUT the stairs tile, obviously because you will go to the next floor. If you see stairs that weren’t normally there and randomly, you found them, and they will lead to a secret room! The most common secret room stairs are found in Southern Sea. Here are the dungeons I myself have found secret rooms in:

Thunderstorm Forest

Deep Thunderstorm Forest(Not sure if I should have, I was by myself, found them on the B4F)

Winden Forest

Southern Sea

Harmonic Tower

Other dungeons you can find secret rooms in(as told by Kirk, but I have never found) :

Sauna Cavern(rarest)

Island Gardens

Make sure to bring some apples or a stamina band, because finding secret stairs can waste your belly more than you think! Stamina Bands can be found in Winden Forest, and Apples can be found in many dungeons, as well as being bought for 25 poke in Kecleon Shops. Hope this guide helps a little bit.

Sauna Cavern (rarest secret room ever ._.) and Island Garden have secret rooms too.

Sauna Cavern I had no idea you could find secret room, and Island Gardens I was pretty sure, but never found any in there(at least that I know of).

Also Trap-See orbs uncover secret rooms.

Alex, they don’t, you need to search around trap-see orbs for that to happen.

Sauna has the rarest secret room, 1% chance of finding one.
