Recently, I’ve been interested in poetry. So, I decided to post it here.
Here’s one of the first ones I did.
In the star light, my love and I sit.
By a campfire, enjoying our time together.
We talk about our lives, the good and the bad,
And recall our experiences, the happy and the sad.
We talk and talk for quite a long time,
Until the sun rises, and I glance at my love"s face.
She is beautiful and kind, like a sweet dream.
She is pained and scared. from the harshness of life.
Nevertheless, I love her so,
She is my girl, I know that much.
