Due to popular demand (Two people, including myself), and an unsatisfactory conclusion, I will be hereby re-instituting the old Roleplay: Time Gone By, with a similar overarching plot. This is a PMD roleplay, meaning it is a world of Pokemon with semi-sophisticated culture. Shall we begin?
Plot
Five years ago the world stood still. Or it would have been five years if there was any reason to keep track of time. Some would call it a paradise where there is no sleep, no hunger, no common troubles. It is a place where the strongest rule and the weakest sink into time itself, frozen with their world. To survive, one must simply have the will to continue. Lose that will, and the darkness takes you.
In this new world, there are those who seek to return to the old ways, to find a way to fix time itself. To others, this world is the only thing they could dream of, and they fear what may occur should it be brought to an end.
Rules!
Universal Rules
-
We are looking for quality, but not for a chore. This is an RP, so it is of the utmost importance that you enjoy it. Try to put volume into your posts without overwhelming yourself. Try to improve yourself!
-
Try not to take control of any other Roleplayer’s character without their consent or logic parameters.
-
Be considerate of others, try to include as many people as you can, and look for people not involved in something if you can’t fit into a group.
-
If you have a fight with another character, take into account that the other person is a combatant. Don’t leave them out, and DON’T react for them.
-
Try to be productive! Seek character development and plot progression!
Character Rules
-
You may have any Pokemon that is NOT a legendary. Legendaries are powerful, enigmatic, unstoppable beings of mystery and prestige and will likely be characters all their own. Reference them, use them as NPCs (for instance, I’m sure Dialga will be prominent), but try to avoid claiming them for yourself.
-
Shiny Pokemon and Pokemon of different color are allowed, your Pokemon can wear accessories.
-
Nothing in-universe moves without interacting with a living Pokemon. No wind blows, rain is frozen in the air, etc. etc.
-
Try to keep your character counts under control, but multiple characters are allowed.
-
Characters can have four distinguished moves. That said, combat does not have to be solely the use of moves, moves should be treated as spectacular actions.
-
For all characters fill out the following Character Sheet:
