I started making this skin yesterday. Didn’t really plan anything besides it being based on Smeargle. Other than that, I went with the flow.

This skin was made by me, using Photoshop. Credits to the respected owners for the pictures of “Smeargle”. Besides that, everything was made by me. I added PSD files for those who wish to edit certain things. I don’t mind if you do so. Below are the following screenshots of what the skin is like… enjoy~
