You’ll have to edit all the individual files in the Main Theme folder (make a copy in case!) from your PMUniverse Folder in Program Files -> Client -> Skins -> Main Theme, zip that up, and post it. A screenshot constitutes various parts of a skin, but it doesn’t mean that it’s applicable to anyone’s client.

Download some skins and take a look around in the folder. See what parts make up a skin and I recommend using GIMP, Photoshop, or Paint.net to edit one. :)

If you’re having problems uploading the skin itself (because you just sent us a preview of your skin), you want to find your Main Theme folder, zip that up, upload it, then link.
