Some questions
1.Can you use leech seed or ingrain/aqua ring or do they count as healing move?
2.What about counter moves?
3.Can you switch out pokemon during battle or do you have to wait for the first one to die first the send in the second?
4.What about OHKO moves?
5.Is there a time limit for each battle?
6.Is Unburden allowed?
7.Terrain moves allowed?
And can i suggest you ban yamna if speed boost is allowed?

I think it should be banned because people can just use yanma or torchic to run around and dodge moves easier. It’ll give one player an advantage over another.

Some qs:

  1. Are LOS/Line until Hit moves allowed, like Solar Beam? I know you allowed spray-range moves, but I also would like to know if you mean those that hit a single target (i.e. sludge bomb) or multiple Pokemon (i.e. Air Slash).

  2. Are stat-boosting abilities like Download allowed?

  3. Are abilities like Static or Flame Body allowed?

Speed boost is now banned, along with Quick Feet and other movement speed boosting abilities.

  1. Yes. Spray-ranged attacks are those that can hit multiple Pokemon.
  2. No, but the arena will take care of disabling stat-based abilities for us.
  3. Yes, as one would need to be in close contact with the opponent for that to work anyway.

We have come to a decision that it can be allowed.

I would also like to announce that we will now be using two arenas for this event. The other is still to be decided upon, however.

I think draining moves should be banned since it counts as healing. and makes people win the tournament by using giga drain or OP draining moves. Idk if it would be fair for people to use draining moves…

Aside from ability bans, are Scyther and Meditite the only LC useable mons banned?

Are Torment, Taunt and Encore allowed?

This. draining moves are too op since you can out heal the damage taken so it can be annoying to kill and you can easily win the tournament just by spamming moves like giga drain
