Stuck in Exbel forest

Hi, so I decided to start playing again after being gone for the longest amount of time. So, I load up the game, start a new character and get to Exbel forest. However I can’t select the option to actually enter the dungeon. No matter what I do or what I click it won’t progress me in the game, which is a major bummer because I was honestly stoked to get back into this.

I’m not sure if it’s something I’m doing or if I just need to reinstall and try again? I’m kind of frustrated at this point. Is there a specific button I’m supposed to push that I just don’t know about?
