Stuck partway through Sour Root Cave

Summary of Bug:
What you were doing at the time: Getting the cut hm.
Where you were in the game/menus: Sour Root Cave
What happened: When beating Weepinbell, I leveled up and got the option to learn Leer. Upon saying no, the boss defeat cutscene doesnt play, and the exit tile doesnt spawn.

OS/Version: Windows 10

Expected Result: Cutscene/exit tile

Actual Result: No cutscene/exit tile

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Pick a Litten, get it to level 10 with some experience.
  2. Spam Ember.
  3. Say No when asked to learn Leer.

Relogging will fix this, it should reset the cutscene
