I’ll give you some tips on how to make banners.
• Never make the image JPG. This is one thing you need to be careful with. make the image PNG so it doesn’t have a horrible quality.
• You can get a lot of fancy Pokemon work from here. This is the most used site from people who make Pokemon banners, some put in original Ken Sugimori art.
• Make sure you mess around with the program you are using, (What program do you have?) and get different texts and backgrounds. Some use backgrounds off the internet, some make their own. (I do my own backgrounds, it’s better not to take backgrounds off the internet, it’s classified as stealing.)
• The best Programs to use are Gimp2.8(This is the one I use, it’s free), Photoshop(I think it costs money), Adobe photoshop (I don’t know if Adobe Photoshop and Photoshop are the same thing, but they both cost money. and paint.net. These are the Programs that a lot of banner makers use.
Hope this helped.
