What are “The PMU Games”?

  • Once signed up and the Games have started the judges (see “judge list”) when on the game, will host some of the events, (see “events”)
  • The winners of those events will earn points for their team and they will be added to the leaderboard.
  • The winning team"s members will win prizes in-game.

Events
[spoilerRace:3lsv68qt]A judge will be hidden somewhere in the overworld, all the contestants will start in town, once the judge is ready, he/she will announce their location.
The first to reach them takes 3 points for their team, 2 points for the 2nd person, and 1 point for the 3rd person to find them.

[spoilerDungeon Race:3lsv68qt]Contestants will enter a selected dungeon, the first person to complete the dungeon, and defeat the boss will be declared the winner.
First will earn 3 points, 2nd 2 points, and 3rd 1 point for their team.

[spoilerCTF:3lsv68qt]Two teams who try to take a certain number of flags from the other team to win. Capture the Flag certainly has its set of skills needed to master the game.

The team that wins will earn 5 points.

[spoilerSnowball Game:3lsv68qt]So there are 2 teams, every player gets 500 snowballs and they attack eachother with using the snowballs at the players from the opposite team players.
There are 4 platforms, both teams have access to only 2 of them (the players shoot each other with snowballs from different platforms they can never be on a same one)
The winning team will be awarded 5 points.

[spoilerArena Battles!:3lsv68qt]Both teams will create a party, (4 pokemon per person) and enter the Arena, the last person standing will be declared the winner.
And will earn 5 points for their team.

The PMU Olympics should have the classic game of Capture the Flag, of course. ~

Event Name- Capture the Flag
Event Description- Two teams who try to take a certain number of flags from the other team to win. Capture the Flag certainly has its set of skills needed to master the game.

How Fast You Turn Corners

How Well You Know The Map

And not to mention:

Team Coordination
Multitasking
Speed
And much more.

Although I’m not 100% sure on how the team pairings work, I think it has something to do with:
Game Starter -> Blue
Next Player -> Red
Next Player -> Blue

And so on. You might want to test that out. P:

Thanks for the idea, I was trying to figure out how to get the teams right.
So, if we join 1 person at a time from each team, it should work!

So maybe…
Event Name- Snowball game

The teams should also be balanced, this means it cant be 2vs3, they need to be perfectly same.
As Agu said im not sure how the teams pairing is this should be tested out.

I will sign up as soon as i get my password so it wont be any mess up with the teams.

Ok, You are in Team 2, and the team name will be “Team Genesis”
If anyone from Team 2 (Genesis) Disagrees with this name, you will have to PM Luraila and work something out as a team.

The Olympics will now start on the 4th, Instead of the 1st.

Sign-ups will close on the 4th, before the first event.
There will be a final call over global chat.

No exceptions for late entries.
So Sign up as soon as you can!

Team Mascots!
If you are signed up for a team, you can suggest 1 pokemon as a mascot for your team.
We are short on time, so get your suggestions in soon.

A good idea would be to have opposite pokemon mascots on each team,
for eg. Plusle, and Minun, or Mewtwo and Mew…
