I have come up with the idea of implementing a mall into a town, preferably Exbel, where we can have things such as a festive event shop, a new bid area and several other things that would improve the game.
Please post your ideas and feedback of this
I think it sounds kind of silly and unneeded, especially with what you were saying about it ingame…
The price of rest has been lowered in Winden (which is really not too hard to get to), and we already have the dojo for stuff like Pecha and Cheri scarves, which are useful enough.
tl;dr I just think it’s more work for staff and something we don’t really need.
*edit: Especially with the new summery themed shop coming out, it’ll just be too cluttered.
That was just a quick example of things, my point is that we can make the town much better with the new mall.
Although it would seem like a lot to put on staff, the end results will be better. especially with them wanting to continuously make holiday shops, in the long run it is better. And if it comes to it, I’ll map the mall. Though I am not the best I can still accomplish something.
Yeah alright, but remember this is set in the PMD world, so how would a mall actually fit in? .^.
Rather than creating a new mall it may be easier to just refurbish the Bazaar. I’m still waiting for Spinda to make me drinks again.
I think you’re forgetting that the dojo has 3 separate areas plus an arena and a bedroom basically, Fitting it in is an easy task, also remember the plaza, Though its underground it has a lot of things in it, and its right next to the dojo,
the mall isnt supposed to be an out of the ordinary exact representation of a real mall, its just more or less the idea of it.
The bazaar is okay but it really isn’t the best. I know what you guys mean but the mall will only help not harm and make it better for the new comers of the game.
Or utterly confuse them. It’s an interesting thing, but lots of things get added to the Bazaar as it seems necessary. The Pokemon Stadium is a great example, as it used to be in a staff member’s house. The Bazaar is perfectly fine, and having a “mall” or “market” would just seem rather redundant.
Hmm, actually, I believe Delite plaza is meant to be a Mall. It is under construction (Since forever, yeah) but I guess what staff means is, in the end, to have a big place full of shops/services available to players.
If what you want is to have every item available on PMU in one place, I don’t agree with this.
People shouldn’t be lazy and should work for their items IMO. (And yeah, if you want certain Scarf and have to fly to Archford to get it…What is the big deal with it?). Plus, having certain items available in different towns is something positive and there is a reason for it: It make these towns more “lively”. Have you thought what would happen if you didn’t have to fly to other regions to buy things? Sadly, no one likes ghost towns. :>_<:
