Story time!
“The moon is large today.” A civilian commented softly, passing by in the smooth summer breeze. The sky was dark, as it was nearing the end of the day. It was a full moon exactly, not a day off.
As the civilian turned and went their way, the moon’s overcast became…dark. A shadow appeared on the bright side, although no one had notice. Nobody except for a Warrior a few houses over. Of course, even he couldn’t see it. No one could. It was his partner, Lily who had the ability to see it. Her and her alone.
“It’s here.” He whispered softly, stepping out into the dark night from a narrow alley. “Yes, it is.” She replied softly, both her hands over her heart as if praying. “He’s here. Finally. The night we’ve prepared for…all these months. I can finally rid of what they started…I see him. He’s coming from… the dark side of the Moon?!” She whispered, shocked.
“Alright. We need to move then.” The berserker Warrior replied picking up his massive battle axe and holding it over his shoulder. Lily grabbed her Staff and and her eyes lit up in blue. “This way…” She grabbed his hand and led him through the dark streets on the rather large city.
“There…You see him too, don’t you?” Lily’s eyes remained lit up by a blue “light” as she stared into the main street, he heaved his battle axe off his shoulder. “No…”
“The Seal!” She gasped and pointed the sky. “No…we were too late.”
[b]It’s been nearly a week. A week since the Seal appeared around the planet, a barrier that is translucent, but not transparent. No one knows what has happened, except a few.
Hidden in all the corridors of the planet of Niburus, there are people who can “see” what others can’t. They are called “The Seekers” and are supposedly the children born from Mother Nature herself. They are the main “leaders” in the Earthly Prophecy, a prophecy that foretells the age of Erebos.
They are supposed to stop “The Seal” and the descend of Erebos, the God of Shadow and Darkness who plague the world. “The Seekers” can see things that their “mortal” partners, cannot.
The Seekers, are said to be “immortal”, although they are not, it is said that their spirit lives on forever. Their role in the prophecy to “lead” their partners “The Beings”, which are supposed to use their lives to protect and guide The Seekers to fulfill their role.
The Beings are supposed to do anything to guaranteed safe arrival of the Seekers so that they can seal Erebos within his own Seal that at the moment, plagues Niburus.
The Seal absorbed life and uses it to give Erebos power so that he can dominate the mortal realm. Only the Seekers and Beings can do what they can to stop him.[/b]
Seekers are naturally skilled in Magic, Alchemy and Healing, Beings are naturally good as Thieves, Assassins, Warriors, or Beserkers. (Of course you can make your own class, as long as it isn’t a Mary Sue or Gary Oak.)
