Cut is in Sourroot cave (i think its called) North east of grassroot
Rock Smash is in Sauna Cavern which is located in winden North of grassroot (youll need to go through winden pass first)
Surf is in Mineral Cavern located South west of grass root.
If you need help venturing around PMU, I highly recommend checking out my good friend’s (Zappeh/AstrapiDrakos) Youtube Channel! It has a lot of videos showing him going around PMU and through various dungeons.
Also, don’t be shy to ask questions. That’s what I’m here for. xD
I may not be able to answer many in-game related questions (because I don’t really play anymore), but I can most definitely help you with any Forum stuff or I can redirect you to helpful pages.
I’ve been through the same when i came back, i was so disoriented! So many new things around! I recommend you to check the PMU-WIKI, it has countless guides and it’s pretty well organized. I hope you find it useful.
