Lucis
All stars are capitols.
Lucis is a cameo world from the formerly popular Roleplay, Academy Of The Arcane Artes. However, Lucis now appears for the first time ever, as a world that can be openly explored by the active player characters. Lucis is a fairly small world compared to its counterpart, Earth. Similar to Earth, however, it is quite chaotic. Brief geographically and political information will be disclosed below for a visualization of the world. You may have a character from Lucis or its counterpart, Earth.
First off, Lucis is split into seven main countries including Zal, Enfer, Sylpheris, Rezza, Lazarus, Meyrio, and Raz De Marinazee. It also has two small provinces known as “Ain”, and “The Throne Of Gods”. There is also the lands that have no actually government over watching it, including the Radiant Knights Headquarters, the Isle Of The Forgotten, and The Frost Isles.
On the scale of Lucis and Earth, Lucis is more magically advanced than Earth, which specializes in technology. Since the opening of the Black Gale within the past few years, several technological enhancements have been traded with those from Earth. Zal and Sylpheris in specific have opened academies dedicated to studying both magic and technology, creating impressive airships and gunner pilots through technology and magic, trying to create a concept for using “clean fuel”.
In Lucis politics, the countries of Rezza and Enfer have been in a continued war for close to fifty now. It has gotten worse seeing as the Queen of Enfer has become a cruel ruler, while the royal of family of Rezza is determined to win. Raz De Marinazee, much like Zal and Sylpheris, remain neutral. Raz De Marinazee still has the famous bazaar known as “Swift Waters” opened, they serve as the merchant capitol of the world. Zal and Sylpheris have been in a peace treaty for many years now, and they work with those from Earth to help improve society; they have a “academy set”, having a Magic Academy in Sylpheris, and a technology one in Zal. Lazarus has remained low on the scale, although the people have been immensely studying the mystery of the island not far off with a poisonous red gas that covers the perimeter. Meyrio has remained silent about their recent plans, but plan to join a peace treaty with Zal and Sylpheris, opening their own academy specifically meant for healing and biological purposes.
The Radiant Knights, politically popular, have recently been up to “no good” tampering with the natural balance of life. People have been trying to prevent them from moving forward in their plans, but they can"t seem to enter their base due to the barrier that has been “put up” on the outside. It resembles that of the one on the mystery island, which causes suspicion among citizens. The Island of Forgotten is as imagined, forgotten. It is the home to many species that suffer prejudice including Witches, Werewolves, Vampires, Cursed Humans, and certain Elves.
Things have been strange in Lucis. But, I guess that is for you to figure it out. That"s about it for Lucis, but I will always answer your questions involving this fictional world.

Earth
Since Earth is a massive world that we all know much about (since we inhabit it), I won"t go into severe details on Earth. Earth is notably larger than its counterpart Lucis. Similar to Lucis, however, it is just about as chaotic! Earth has varied geography and political information is mainly known, the most important parts are the ones that are connected to Lucis.
For one; Earth has previously known about Lucis since before the Black Gale had opened in the sky. The governments of the worlds had decided to keep the potential ludicrous idea under a “low radar” until the idea was proven to be true. It wasn"t until the rift had appeared in the sky had the World Leaders come clean about everything.
Since then, Earth researchers have been sent back and forth. Trade, traveling, and research has all been opened up with connections to Lucis thanks to the rift. Peace has been made between the two worlds…for now. Many Races have escaped from the other side over, others have been existing away from prying eyes since the existence of Earth, but have kept quiet. Both have been appearing on Earth.
At the moment, Earth is currently sharing technology with Lucis, while receiving the ideas of magic. Although few people on the Earth side have the ability to cast magic. All seems well and peaceful…at the moment.
