It looks fine… But… I think that you could have put away part of the Wobbufett face and body away and change it a bit.
But besides that fact, it’s quite strange how Wangipeat grew two more legs and a hat-like head. I liked even more how you put the moveset of Wangipeat and a description and stats of Wangipeat. You even did more than I would have put.
So my judgement is that the sprite could use a little work, but the description is excellent!
And yes, you did post it in an okay place.
