What is the biggest plot twist you have seen in a game?

Oh my gosh, I have so many of these! Just gonna let loose with them all at once…

Spoilers [Tales Of Graces f]:

When Richard is revealed to carry a creature from like, a hundred years ago. I seriously thought I was in love with this guy, and all of the time, he"s the villain! Or when Sophie is revealed to be a robot from another planet. That"s good and fine and all, but, really, Namco? I love the Tales series, I don"t think it"s meant to be a sci-fi…that goes for Xillia, too. Another shocker was finding out Asbel was a good guy!

Spoilers [Tales Of The Abyss]:

WHAT?! WHAT?! Luke is Asch, and Sync is Ion?! No, let Sync live, I beg you–curses, Namco. I think the biggest shock here was uhh, the fact that Guy actually has dislike for Luke enough to want to kill him. Not even that, there"s the fact Anise is a brat traitor and the reason EVERYONE died. Wow, I really hate her.

Spoilers [Tales Of Symphonia:

Kratos is Lloyd"s father. My reaction was like, “what.” The fact that Zelos is a traitor was just as shocking, but there was bound to be a traitor in the party…just not two. Really, Namco? I love Zelos, and I didn"t want him to die. The ending where he dies, I think I cried very hard, thank you very much!

Spoilers [Tales Of Destiny (2)]

Leon is a traitor and YOU must kill him. Also, Judas is Leon brought back from the dead. Have fun beating the game, knowing that.

Spoilers [Persona 3:PSP]

Ryoji: “Congratulations, Wolfy Mustang-san! You are Death and you must kill me! The world is ending, and you can do nothing to stop it! Have a wonderful day!” Thanks, Ryoji. You too. I can"t be Yuri Lowenthal can voice something this atrocious next to Luke Fon Fabre.

Spoilers [Fire Emblem: Awakening]

There"s actually a few here. Besides the fact that, “OH LOOK, YOU"RE GRIMA"S VESSEL”, but then again, I have already seen that in Persona, and a friend already ruined that for me. But, I think the biggest shocker is that Lucina is Chrom"s timetraveler daughter, like, what? Or that you can marry her as a guy? What. Or you can marry ANY of the time traveling kids? I swear to Starclan, Intelligence tried WAAAY to hard to make this game as awkward as humanly possibly.

Spoilers [Bioshock Series]

First off, I really hated the second one. I refuse to go there. The first one decides to mentally kill you with one phrase, “would you kindly”? I find it shocking you end up being Atlas"s mindless robot, especially to kill Andrew Ryan who is really your father, but you are genetically grown, and blah, blah. Bioshock is a weird series, the entire series is a plot twist. Another one was Infinite. To be honest, I had a feeling Booker and Elizabeth were related, but I never thought he would be Comstock…just…saying. I found Infinite way too confusing but loved it anyway.

Spoilers [Pokemon Mystery Dungeon]

When Grovyle is revealed to be your best friend and ally before amnesia, Dusknoir is evil, and the Darkrai is behind it all. Even in the end, I felt bad for every villain in the game, making PMD one of the best games I have ever played, seeing as I actually liked all the villains. Plus the ending where you come back makes me tear up.

For me it would be in PMD and PMD2.
PMD:

Finding out that Gengar was the human from the Ninetales legend. That was seriously unexpected. o_o

PMD2:

Dusknoir being evil, Grovyle being the good guy, your character being Grovyle"s partner, Dusknoir taking you and your partner to the future, and Darkrai being the cause of the collapse of Temporal Tower, your character being turned into a Pokemon, and separating you from Grovyle.
