Favorite Starter
I"m not that fond of any starter Pokemon in particular. I prefer the lesser credited wild Pokemon such as Shinx. :c
The least favorite starter
The Unova Starters, they just don"t have that spark like the previous Generations. I mean, Pigs and Fire? Seriously?
It wasn"t a really fun game to play, anyways.
Favorite Pokemon Character
Original Blue is best Blue. (Gary in English.) The newer rivals are kind of a letdown, and they are pathetic excuses for rivals. I mean, look at Paul. ._. Where"s that charisma? He"s just a monotone character, and a rip off of the GSC rival.

It probably has to be a two way tie between Johto and Hoenn. They were wonderful games, really.
Hoenn had the reasonable antagonists who actually accomplished their goal, but realized they had underestimated the powers that shaped the world. The introduction of the Battle Frontier was an amazing thing. Being an avid competitive battler, it was a great chance to test out my team. The Facilities were fun as well.
Hoenn probably had the most desirable designs, in my opinion. Manectric, Blaziken, Linoone, Mightyena, and Salamence quickly latched onto me.
Johto was just full of wonderful stuff. You had the roaming legendary dogs, and the beautiful legendaries, Ho-Oh and Lugia. Who doesn"t like Rainbow or Silver Feathers?
The fact that you could travel over to Kanto was probably the thing that got me. It was twice the exploration in the same game, which is a steal. <3

Sinnoh and Unova just annoyed me. I felt that the originality and creativity broke down and whatever left was dumped into a computer generator and formed this. The designs for most of the Pokemon seemed a bit uncreative, and I wasn"t particularly happy with most designs either.
Team Galactic and Team Plasma could never compare to Team Rocket, Aqua, nor Magma in my opinion. They didn"t change the world, the only teams that have actually accomplished their goals were Team Aqua and Magma. They did release Groudon and Kyogre.
Generation Five was a particularly easy game, in my opinion. I was about five levels ahead of every Gym Leader in the game at all times, and the Elite Four was easy. I felt no challenge in beating the game whatsoever. Sinnoh was just too hard if you didn"t grind for a few hours. Cynthia"s team at around level 60? Compare that to Lance who had around level 50s. Big level gap.
Anyways, my favorite part of Sinnoh probably had to be (obviously) the Luxray line.
Unova"s top probably had to be the introduction of moving Pokemon in battle. It was a nice change from the normal static Pokemon animations.
