They are gonna reveal the starter pokemon tomorrow (Sunday the 9th may) I wonder if they are still Grass/Fire/Water :D Actually… before D/P was released… people thought the starters would be Dark/Psychic/Fighting … Would be a bit wrong it was that in B/W :|

OFF TOPIC: Actually, I barely even new about Pokemon b4 Gener8ion IV was released in the US. Mai 1st Pokemon game, in fact, was Pearl -.-
They seem quite interesting, but sum parts in the Grass and Fire starters look sumwut clipped. The Fire starter’s head is shaped liek that of a Celebi (without the thingies, a rip liek that would’ve probably gotten Onion angry :D), and the Grass starter’s leaf looks liek it was taken from a Turtwig (MAI 1ST POKEMON IN PEARL WAS A TURTWIG!!! I TOLD U GUYS PEARL WAS MAI 1ST EVER POKEMON GAME!!! THAT KIND OF RIP WOULD PISS ME OFF AND MAKE ME DO THE CRYING EMOTICON FROM ANIME!!! IT’D B EBIL! the word “EBIL!” echoes throughout the universe <<XD :evil: 
) and the legs look vaguely familiar. Not sure about the Water starter, though, cuz the parts r all so close 2 each other and freggin’ short.

I miss the original pokemon, they were such basic ideas like omg a pidgey, looks just like a pidgeon :D, Pikachu was a mouse etc, now they have ran out of ideas they are just making fail pokemon in my opinion, I like some new pokemon but most aren’t that good and are random. >.<
I really hate the new starters. They… they SCARE me. I miss the original starters, up to the Ruby / Sapphire games. .-.

I totally agree with you, Kilplix. The original 151 are my favorites, and after that Pokémon kinda just lost its luster to me.
But as for the new starters, I really like these ones. The grass starter reminds me a bit of Simon from Professor Layton and the Curious Village and the water starter is adorable. Nothing compares to the original three, though.

I agree with Winter and Kilplix.Pokemon was great with the first 151 Pokemon.It wasn’t as complex and the anime didn’t fail as much.I think if anything Nintendo should go back and simply the roots of Pokemon instead of adding new pokemon after new pokemon.I do agree also,that the starters are so cute.The Grass One I’am totally getting,if I get the game I will probably get White so I can get Zekrom.That one is just cool.Althought I’am the only one to notice this?
