For me, I think it was Mystic Mansion in Sonic Heroes… I haven’t played much horror games, but if I did, I think Slender would be on the top of the list for me.
The cave full of ChuChus in Legend of Zelda: twilight princess (ChuChus are the jelly things) I don’t know what it was but something about the Twilight princess ChuChus scared the crap outa me!
i know dis is not much scary for others but da scariest location was the old chateau O.e shivers eck dat butler and kid…
Slender, its a very terrifying game, in the forest.
also its sequel, Slender: Sanatorium, which takes place in an old hospital.
They are both very terrifying games i don’t want to play again…

JESUS! that music is so annoying because when it comes on your hands just spaz and you die thats basicly what happens when i play and that is why my mum has completed them all and i havent :x.x:
I have to say, corpse party would be well round the creepiest for me. The corpses in the bathroom… ayyieh… and the fact that they only give you a bottle to protect yourself in one scene xD
I say all Resident Evils and all Silent Hills freack me out >3> Temple of Shadows and the well from LoZ:OoT Shivers I HATE wallmasters and Dead Hand… As for pokemon, I say Ruins of Alph (Creepy Unknown Music on the radio…) and the creepypasta versions of Pokemon (Although I never played them, but I really dont want to XD)
I’ve never played any horror games. But honestly, I’d have to pick the Strange House from BW2. It’s not THAT scary, but the music and atmostphere is just creepy.
…Not to mention I came to and explored it at Midnight.
I have a new scariest location.
I’d have to say the school in Crawford from the Walking Dead game.
And when you go into the classroom, the music is really creepy xD
Ok this one seems a little childish but I was playing minecraft xbox 360 edition with my bro. We left the crafting table outside, we had no wood to build one inside and…We had 1 bed! I told my bro to sneak outside and kill some sheep, when he went outside he got attacked by a zombie, but thats not the end of it. I got hit by an arrow and died then we just turned off the tv.

I don’t have one now, but as a child Viridian Forest and Seafoam Islands from Fire Red/Leaf Green creeped me out, not the places but the music I always had to turn my GBA’s music off at that point.
Blackwater City sewers always scared me (I dunno if that’s the name) Out of Ratchet and Clank 1, it wasn’t the place itself but the thought of dying everytime in the water chase bit e-e
What scared me is Pokemon Fire red/Leaf Green’s Pokemon Tower in Lavendar Town. (If that’s the name of the tower) and that… music is ewww. And The Legend of Zelda Majoras Mask, trying to defend some cows with ghosts stalking you. x.x LOL.
I’m with you on that one. Going up there pre-Silph Scope gave me nightmares. No points for guessing why. 
The hospital in Silent Hill 3. Especially the HD version… -Shudders.-
What especially gets me is the scene with the mirror. You guys who’ve played it know what I mean.

Also, the Aquatic Mine, Death Chamber, and Egg Quarters stages from Sonic Adventure 2:Battle scared me a LOT… I couldn’t complete the stage and made my brother do it for me. XD
To be perfectly honest, when I got my first console. (N64) I had Super Mario 64 with it.
I wouldn’t go inside of the castle, in fear of Bowser laughing. It genuinely terrified me.
Then again, I was 3. xD
I’m trying to think of slightly more recent stuff… But honestly, nothing springs to mind.
I would say Pumpkin Hill, and Aquatic Mine, since they’re supposed to be designed with Halloween in mind.
