Scariest Location in a game?

I’d say Iseul’s house for the Winter Contest. The concept is very scary; A dead girl wants to play with you. And it’s real creepy too!

Okami, the Cutters’ house… Dear God that place scares me so much…

^This, definitely. Also, the Sunken Ship… ;_;

Ladies, please!
This is another childhood chiller for me.

The Basement - Zathura (PS2 Version)

This being at the very START of the game. You play as Danny, Walter’s younger brother, who explores the basement because he is bored.
There is an ominous soundtrack going through the basement, then there’s the boiler… e-e

Zubat cave…so much zubats…cant escape…

In Pokemon Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, there’s that mansion. You know, that mansion in the Eterna Forest? I would not go into that dining room just because of that ghost. I did not want to go anywhere near it 'cause the ghost would walk away and disappear. So. Scary. I was freaked when it first happened. So not going in there again. Naha :o.ol:

Well,
Toodles! :la: :la: :la:

Lavender Tower. Ewww. Music is… just… Bleuuugggghhhhh. Old Chateau on Pokemon Pearl, Diamond and Pearl. Ew… god, I had nightmares as well. P:

Huuum. Hard decision considering all the horror games I’ve played, buuuuut

I’d have to say either the parking lot in Imscared or the eye room in The Witch’s House.

The parking lot in Imscared just has such an ominous feel to it, ohmygod. You’re playing tag with a floating white face. If he catches you, you die. I just really get scared by scary characters who are just like “Wanna play a game?~ Teehee!”

The eye room in The Witch’s House literally gave me nightmares for weeks. You pick a bottle up and then… BOO! SOME HUGE THING IS CHASING YOU. It’s really unsettling and I hated it and ughhh. Eyes just really unsettle me, man.

I don’t really go in for horror games, but for me it’s a tie between Comstock House from Bioshock Infinite, and Dubai from Spec Ops: The Line’s later chapters.

The Boys of Silence in Comstock House are pretty freaky, as are the mooks they summon. Adding an almost Rapture-like state of ruin and the first time it’s been anything but daylight for the whole game means that it’s got a really nice atmosphere that encourages you to hide so you don’t have to fend off what seems like an unstoppable horde.

Dubai isn’t conventionally scary; it’s only made so through the hallucinations of Walker and the fact that you can’t know what’s real and what isn’t. The knowledge that at any time, you could be seamlessly transported to a living hell makes it hard to take each step - and the knowledge that you already are in a living hell drives you forward.

Fsdhj. Ravenholm was just- no.
Anyways, Lavender Town sure scared me as a lil’ Kid.

Thank god I wasn’t the only one who did that.

Hehe, I can remember playing LOTR 1 on the PS2, pretty Buggy game.Especially when saving on the wrong locations. There was a cave which I can’t remember anymore.I had to bear these zombielike creatures there, don’t judge me!I was a child back then, ye know , pretty much anxious.
